Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the compliance services purchased on tejovira.com, operated by Tejovira Enterprises.
1. Nature of the Services
We provide professional services that involve preparing documents and making filings on your behalf. Our fees are professional service fees and are separate from any government, registry, or statutory fees that are paid to the relevant authority on your behalf.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel a service before we begin work on it for a full refund of our professional fee.
- If work has already begun, you may cancel the remaining portion; fees for work already completed are payable and non-refundable.
- There are no subscriptions or recurring charges — you pay per service you engage us for.
3. Refunds
We will provide a refund of our professional fee in these cases:
- Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error.
- Service not started — you cancel before we have begun work, or we are unable to take up the engagement.
- Our fault — at our discretion, where we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to a fault on our side.
Government, registry, and statutory fees already paid to an authority on your behalf are non-refundable, as are professional fees for work already completed. Refunds are not provided for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information, or by government processing.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 7 days of the payment with your registered email and the payment reference (order/transaction ID). We will review and respond within 5 business days.
5. Processing of approved refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay. Once initiated, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
